I ordered a medium hoodie for my son who has only just gone into the size medium but the hoodie was too small so we requested a return label and sent it back. Delivery company have said they delivered it back but I've heard nothing from Kingz. This was over 2 weeks ago, I've left phone messages and send messages via their website but have had no refund and not acknowledgement of anything. Really angry and advise not to trust this website.
