    Safety Design Flaw

    The overall design of the backpack is ideal. However, the mersh netting on the side is a big fail in my opinion. The intent may have to allow aeration due to sweaty or soiled Gis but it failed to consider the safety risk of the bag easily broken into. If aeration was the objective. Design the complete bag to be fully all leather and create perforated holes dotted alongside the bag. Same goal but safety isn’t compromised.

    I really like the brand, but the customer service is horrible. I returned a kimono I bought. I've tried calling, sending messages, but no one answers me. It's been 15 days since I sent it and I still haven't received a response.
