I never received this order. I used your website twice to contact you - no response. I had to phone a US number from the UK (shocking you don't have a UK number) even then I never received an update. I had to eventually message you via Instagram to get a replacement order sent out. So while it was eventually resolved. Your communications for UK customers need drastic improvement.

I didn't receive the order. I received an email from DPD saying the parcel is on its way back. I want to request a refund because I'm not in England right now.
