However, white belt not sent and listing clearly states Free WHITE BELT

I’m waiting to be refunded.My parcel was not delivered

Unfortunately, KINGZ customers service has not performed well as I have sent 3 emails explaining my situation (because DPD return my parcel while my soon was at home waiting for delivery)
The KINGZ chosen courier DPD service wasn’t performed correctly and I was billed for my goods which hasn’t arrived until now.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until 48hrs before I contact a consumer protection agency or get other help.

Great Gi quality and nice fitting. Jacket could be a little longer. Just overpriced as is very basic compared to similar.

Love Kingz products and particularly the ONE gi but I’ve yet to receive mine after an error where I was sent a Kore gi in ONE packaging. Still waiting for the issue to be rectified.
