Unfortunately, KINGZ customers service has not performed well as I have sent 3 emails explaining my situation (because DPD return my parcel while my soon was at home waiting for delivery)
The KINGZ chosen courier DPD service wasn’t performed correctly and I was billed for my goods which hasn’t arrived until now.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until 48hrs before I contact a consumer protection agency or get other help.
