Shipping

Fast delivery, straight to your door.

Orders placed before 3pm GMT are shipped the same day. We use Royal Mail and DPD, and every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Most orders are delivered within 1 business day to UK addresses.

Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery — otherwise a standard shipping charge applies at checkout.

Wholesale orders may take an extra day to process depending on the number of items.

Refunds

Changed your mind? No worries — we've got you.

If an item isn't quite right for you, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The only thing we'll deduct is one standard shipping charge.

To qualify for a refund, your item needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it arrived in — ready to hit the mats with its next owner. Please make sure it's neatly folded and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Defective Items

Received something that's not up to standard?

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, get in touch with us within 30 days and we'll sort it out. You can choose a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement — whichever works best for you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style?

We're happy to help you exchange your item. Simply return the original using the process below, and place a new order for the one you need. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return, so you can get your replacement on its way as soon as possible.

A few tips to keep things smooth:

  • Pack it securely — make sure your item is well protected so it arrives back to us in good shape.
  • Use a tracked, signed-for delivery service — you are responsible for the return shipping label and costs. Using a signed-for service protects you in case anything goes missing on the way back. We can't take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • No restocking fees — there's no extra charge for returning an item, as long as it meets the conditions above.
  • Leave the rest to us — once your return reaches our distribution centre, we'll process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Undelivered Items

Package didn't make it to you?

Sometimes parcels get returned to us — whether it's a missed delivery or an incorrect address. Here's what happens next:

  • Want us to resend it? Just let us know and we'll get it back out to you. A standard shipping charge will apply for the second delivery.
  • Prefer a refund? No problem. We'll cancel the order and refund your payment, minus one standard shipping charge.
