      Kingz have taken my money but haven't delivered my GI!

      It pains me to leave this review as it isn't a reflection on the GI itself but more the company which has been causing me a lot of grief.
      After receiving a promotion I decided to treat myself to the new Balistico. It arrived but the A3L was too small. No problem, I'll just send it back, get store credit (as Kingz don't do exchanges) and reorder the A4, job done.
      Well it has been 3 weeks since I sent back the GI and I haven't heard anything from the company. I have emailed the "info" email address about 10 times, I have left countless messages on the message box on the website, I have rang the US company but they couldn't help, I rang the Ecommerce company that handles their shipments, I even left a Reddit post to see if anyone could help, But I have had no luck.
      Now I'm £140 down with no GI. This "review" is my last hope to get their attention. I don't even want a refund I just want my GI!!!
      I will be happy to leave a "proper" review if this can be remedied.

      Stitching came off

      Stitching came off the trousers after x1 wear and still waiting to hear back after over a week regarding replacement/refund. Normally very happy with quality of KINGZ products and customer service but disappointed. On a more positive note the Gi top looks and feels amazing hence why 3*. Please get back to me :(
