Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Kingz UK uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits) on kingz.co.uk. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
Who we are

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in a similar way. Some are strictly necessary for the site to work, for example keeping items in your basket. Others help us understand how the site is used, remember your preferences, or show you relevant advertising.
Our legal basis
- Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent, as the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR, regulation 6) allow for storage that is strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for. Any personal data involved is processed to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) or for our legitimate interest in running a secure shop (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
- Functional, analytics and marketing cookies need your consent under PECR, and any personal data they collect is processed on the basis of that consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). You can refuse them or withdraw your consent at any time.
How we ask for and record consent
We use Cookiebot, a consent management platform, to show our cookie banner, record your choice and pass it to Google Consent Mode and the tools on our site. Cookiebot stores your choice in a cookie called CookieConsent and keeps a record of your consent as proof.
You can accept all, reject all or choose by category. The shop and checkout work fully without non-essential cookies.
How to change or withdraw your consent
- Cookie settings: use the cookie settings icon at the bottom-left of any page to reopen your preferences. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything processed before you withdrew it.
- Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the basket and checkout from working.
- Ad settings: you can also manage ads through Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences and Your Online Choices.

International transfers
Several of the providers above, and Fighter's Market, Inc. itself, are based in the United States. When personal data is transferred out of the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the transfer is to a country the UK recognises as adequate. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for a set time, from a few minutes up to a maximum of about 2 years, unless you delete them sooner. Your consent choice is stored in the Cookiebot CookieConsent cookie for up to 12 months. After that, we ask you again.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@kingz.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
