A2L Gi jacket prefect fit, Gi bottoms no size on them, more like an A4. Being trying to return for 10 days, waiting a response from Kingz, emailed twice and left 2 messages on page. Still no response

I received this Gi on a Black Friday sale, the Gi was missing the heavy lies the crown path and small patch on collar of Gi , the pants were missing stretchy drawstring with detail definitely not as advertised.
I’ve returned your Gi through the proper channels and I’m still waiting for a full refund for the defective item .
I emailed your customer support numerous times to no avail, you’ve still yet to respond to any of my emails.
Absolutely unacceptable service to be honest I’ve bought a lot of items since Covid and the whole situation has put me of purchasing items from Kingz Uk 🇬🇧 again

Loved the gi competed in it yesterday at the ibbjf roma open felt great on could move well in it, would 💯 recommend it to anyone.
