I had to ask for the belt I bought to be exchanged. A week has passed since the return, I have had no response from customer service. just that the product was damage. as soon as the product arrived, at the same time I packed it and returned it. I asked for a proof or photo of the damage product and so far I have had no response. I didn't get my money back or proof that the product was damaged.
