Athlete Highlight - Jeysen Santiago dos Santos 

The Kingz athlete roster is absolutely stacked with a bunch of the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu athletes in the world. Every tournament you go to, you'll see Kingz logo displayed loud and proud at the top of the podium. And not just in the adult divisions! Our Masters level athletes are some of the toughest in our roster... including one of the best pound-for-pound athletes in the Master 2 division: Jeysen Santiago do Santos.

Originally from Manaus, Jeysen is a fourth degree black belt and head coach at JJ Brazilian Academy in Colton, California. In our opinion he is the epitome of the qualities it requires to be a lifelong competitor: an indomitable will and tireless work ethic.

From the very moment he stepped on the mat as a teenager, Jeysen put in some serious hours on the mat - we're talking several hours a day, nearly every single day of the week, even if he had to travel for an hour to get there. Twenty-three years later, he's still at it.
